Quality Control Engineer
Key Responsibilities – QC Engineer Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections as per engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable quality standards. Use and handle inspection and measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, CMM, and other precision measuring equipment. Ensure compliance with AS9100 / ISO quality systems, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures. Identify, document, and report non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and documentation as required. Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure product quality and conformity. Interpret and verify components against engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, specifications, and inspection criteria. Support investigation of quality issues and assist in implementing root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and process standards throughout manufacturing operations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance inspection effectiveness.
Business Development Executive
Job Description: Business Development Executive – Aerospace Components Manufacturing## Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or technical manufacturing. You will help drive revenue growth by identifying new clients, managing the RFQ (Request for Quotation) lifecycle, and building relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 aerospace and defense customers. [1, 2, 3, 4] ## Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, target aerospace OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and map potential clients in the precision manufacturing and aerospace sectors. [1, 2] * RFQ & Proposal Management: Coordinate with internal engineering, estimating, and production teams to review technical drawings, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, and prepare competitive commercial quotes. [5] * Client Engagement: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and face-to-face meetings with procurement and engineering teams. [6] * Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and upsell new machining or assembly capabilities. [2, 7] ## Required Qualifications & Skills * Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, technical pre-sales, or business development. Experience in aerospace, defense, or CNC precision machining is a strong plus. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production, or a related technical/management field. * Technical Acumen: Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, or special processes). * Quality Awareness: Familiarity with standard aerospace quality management systems (such as AS9100) and First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation is preferred. * Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and comfort with regular business travel.
